Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy assessments and individualized treatment plans
  
• Deliver care in outpatient setting
• Actively participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary communication.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate, timely records.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Iowa (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Passion for or strong interest in womens health physical therapy, training and continuing education opportunities provided.
• Valid drivers license.
