You'll play a critical role in driving security engineering efforts across a rapidly evolving technology landscape. The ideal candidate is a hands-on security engineer who enjoys building, deploying, integrating, and troubleshooting security solutions rather than operating solely at the architecture or advisory level.

• Lead security engineering initiatives focused on Netskope and related security technologies
• Design, deploy, and optimize Netskope Private Access (NPA) solutions
• Build and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls across cloud and SaaS environments
• Support implementation of Zero Trust security strategies and technologies
• Secure AI-enabled applications, services, and emerging agent-based workflows
• Integrate security controls across identity, cloud, endpoint, and application platforms
• Partner with engineering and security teams to assess and secure new technologies
• Develop scalable security solutions supporting business growth and innovation
• Troubleshoot complex security issues, incidents, and platform integrations
• Contribute to long-term security architecture and roadmap planning

• 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Netskope
• Experience implementing and supporting: Netskope Private Access (NPA), CASB, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Zero Trust architectures
• Experience securing cloud environments
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts
• Experience supporting enterprise security deployments and integrations
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with AI security initiatives or AI-enabled platforms
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts and AI integrations
• Experience securing machine-to-machine communications and autonomous workflows
• Knowledge of AI governance, AI risk management, and AI-focused data protection strategies
• Experience working with modern identity platforms and security ecosystems
