Senior Product Manager

Overview Senior Product Manager – Tech for AWS Data Center Power Generation Infrastructure owns the successful delivery of the newest generations of data center energy innovations and electrical power generation infrastructure technologies from concept to at‑scale global implementation. Responsibilities Deliver large‑scale critical HV/MV projects in partnership with commercial energy and procurement teams worldwide under tight deadlines. Drive product strategy and vision, own product life‑cycle roadmaps for major equipment categories in partnership with OEMs. Advocate for optimized solutions across engineering, design, suppliers, procurement and other relevant functions. Analyze data to inform future requirements and develop detailed business requirements and use cases. Operate as SME within the wider DCC organization for supply‑risk insights and specific product requirements. Develop mechanisms that enable rapid scaling of solutions and maintain scalable operation at required pace. Provide regular reviews to leadership across all levels and foster shared understanding of product and solution strategies. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition. Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product. Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product. Preferred Qualifications Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView or QuickSight. Experience building and driving adoption of new tools. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations (generators, UPS, ATS, PDU, chillers, pumps, air handling units, CRAC units, etc.). About the Team AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The Power Generation Solutions (PGS) team develops engineering and technical strategy to deliver energy innovations that enable reliable, available, and sustainable capacity. You will collaborate with software, hardware, network engineers, supply‑chain specialists, security experts and operations managers. Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranges: Houston, TX – 151,200 – 204,600 USD annually Arlington, VA – 151,200 – 204,600 USD annually Herndon, VA – 151,200 – 204,600 USD annually Seattle, WA – 151,200 – 204,600 USD annually Full compensation package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
