About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves operating scanners, inspecting products, and maintaining safety standards to ensure quality and efficiency. Candidates with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate scanners and other warehouse equipment to support production needs
• Identify and separate good and defective products according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
• Stand for entire shifts and lift up to 20 lbs as needed
• Report any productivity issues or equipment malfunctions proactively
• Assist with various warehouse tasks to meet production goals

Required Qualifications

• Ability to stand for entire shifts
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
• Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus but not required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with order picking and packing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with scanners and product inspection processes

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Standing for entire shifts
• Lifting up to 20 lbs
