About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key leader in the financial management of the organization, with responsibilities that include overseeing all accounting practices, directing financial strategy, and working closely with the executive team and Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be tasked with financial planning, budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and securing new funding. This role also involves studying and reporting on financial trends, developing and implementing financial procedures, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master’s degree in business administration preferred. A CPA designation is required, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior-level finance or accounting role. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, automated reporting systems, and federal and state financial regulations. Key skills include the ability to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and manage financial operations. The CFO will also be involved in risk management, and audit, and must have the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects.
