Embroidery Operator/Manager

Customize That is looking for a highly motivated experienced Embroidery Machine Operator. Key qualifications: 3+ years experience operating commercial embroidery machines and performing routine maintenance. Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, time management and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi‑task. Physical requirement: stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Must be able to speak and read English.

PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities Operate commercial embroidery machines. Load and hoop garments accurately for stitching. Read and interpret work orders, design sheets, and thread color charts. Thread needles and program machine settings as required. Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, tension adjustments). Diagnose and resolve machine issues promptly. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily quotas and deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
