Responsibilities include: Lead, support, and develop nursing staff. Coordinate staffing and daily nursing operations. patient safety and quality care. Maintain nursing policies and accurate documentation. Collaborate with leadership, healthcare providers, and families.
Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of practice.
Nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
