Bridge Inspection Engineer/Project Manager

Bridge Inspection Engineer/Project Manager Registration: Professional Engineer (PE) Sponsorship: Immigration related employment benefits, e.g. visa sponsorship, are not available for this position. B&N Bridge Inspection Engineer/Project Manager Responsibilities : Plan, lead, and manage routine and bridge inspections and projects Assist with marketing new and existing clients, follow up on new business leads and help build bridge engineering services in Florida and regionally Willingness to lead and train younger staff in the field and in the office. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent from an ABET-accredited engineering program Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the state of employment required; or ability to register through reciprocity Prior bridge inspection, design, and/or load rating experience required 2-week NHI/FHWA Bridge Inspection certification, NSTM/FC NHI/FHWA certification, SPRAT or IRATA rope access certification, and NHI Tunnel inspection certification are all desired Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Bentley AssetWise and AASHTOWare BrM Comfortable working at heights Ability to work outside regardless of weather conditions Ability to withstand high levels of physical exertion including walking, climbing, bending, carrying, and lifting up to 30 lbs. of equipment Ability and willingness to travel for field work; Travel requirements may be up to 100+ days per year and include out-of-state travel depending on workload A valid driver's license with acceptable driving history is a must To learn more about B&N's Perks and Culture click here .
