Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexibility as it is fully remote, providing you with the ability to create a balanced work-life dynamic while contributing to a community health clinic dedicated to mental wellness. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other counselors, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care. Your work schedule will primarily be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with occasional adjustments based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health statuses, employing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to implement effective treatment interventions.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, ensuring full compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to collaboratively enhance the quality of care provided to patients.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
