Hearing Aid Dispensers/Specialists

Sounds for Seniors, doing business as eMerge, is seeking compassionate and dependable Hearing Aid Dispensers/Specialists to meet growing demand throughout Florida, including:

• Panhandle

• Tampa

• Fort Myers

Ideal candidates will understand the skilled-nursing environment and have experience working with elderly individuals.

Successful candidates must demonstrate:

• The ability to learn quickly, work independently and accept responsibility

• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through

• Strong attention to detail

• Genuine empathy and respect for older adults

• The ability to work effectively with Residents, families, facility staff and team members

• Flexibility to travel within an assigned 50- to 100-mile territory

• A commitment to exceptional customer service

• The ability to operate within skilled-nursing facility requirements and protocols

• Appropriate Florida licensure or credentials required for the position
