Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Description Job Description Continuum Medical Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 12-week temporary assignment in Moline, Illinois. This position is based in an employer-sponsored occupational health clinic within an industrial setting. Schedule: * Monday - Friday * 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM * No nights or weekends Responsibilities: * Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans * Provide physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed * Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention * Maintain accurate documentation and patient records * Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members Requirements: * Licensed Physical Therapist * Strong communication and customer service skills * Comfortable working in an occupational health/industrial environment * Proficient with basic computer technology Preferred: * 5+ years of Physical Therapy experience Company Description Continuum Medical Staffing is a boutique national staffing firm with a big purpose.
