Front Office Receptionist & Student Support
Part-time, Monday–Friday (exact hours to be determined)
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome students, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct phone calls; respond to general inquiries
- Provide light administrative support to school staff and faculty
- Maintain and distribute emergency supplies across campus
- Manage attendance reporting and daily tracking
- Oversee the school infirmary, including tending to minor student health needs and contacting families as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and care in all student and family interactions
Ideal Candidate
- Warm, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in school, medical, or administrative settings is preferred
- Able to multitask and respond flexibly to the needs of a dynamic school environment
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and Google Workspace
- Committed to a student-centered educational philosophy
Compensation
$20.50 per hour
