Responsibilities

• Provide intensive in-home therapy and support to children and families.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Meet families in their homes or community settings to provide hands-on support.
• Monitor progress and document interactions in accordance with agency policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• IIH QP credential and relevant licensure required.
• Experience working with children, youth, and families with mental health or behavioral challenges.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in community settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
