Registered Nurse - Infusion

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized infusion nursing care to oncology patients receiving chemotherapy and supportive treatments. Collaborate closely with oncology providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and supportive infusions following established protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and manage side effects during infusion treatments.
• Document clinical interventions and patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and post-care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold or be eligible for an RN license and demonstrate strong clinical skills in infusion therapy.
• Preferred ONS/ANCC Certification in Oncology Nursing.
• Require BLS certification.
• Possess experience working with oncology populations and inpatient care.
• Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity, team-oriented setting.
