Commercial Project Manager

We're looking for a Commercial Project Manager to lead projects from handoff to completion. In this role, you'll work directly with customers, contractors, operations teams, and field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget.

Location: Durham, NC

Salary: $70-$80/k depending on experience

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial projects from start to finish
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and contractors
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and field crews
• Resolve issues and keep projects moving forward
• Track progress and ensure customer satisfaction

• Experience in construction, operations, or project management preferred
