• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Clinical Skills: Proficiency in direct patient care, patient assessment, and periodontal treatments.
Technical Savvy: Experience with medical scheduling software and digital X-ray systems.
Safety Mindset: Strong knowledge of decontamination and sterilization protocols.
Soft Skills: A warm, professional demeanor with the ability to communicate complex dental information clearly to patients.

Job Description

Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, and root planning with a gentle touch.
Diagnostic Support: Capture high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) and assess oral health, meticulously documenting findings in patient charts.
Preventive Care: Apply topical fluorides, sealants, and coronal polishing to help patients maintain long-term oral health.
Patient Education: Empower patients by teaching effective oral hygiene techniques tailored to their specific needs.
Clinic Flow & Safety: Manage the decontamination and sterilization of instruments, disinfect treatment rooms, and monitor clinical supplies.
Administrative Support: Assist with patient scheduling for follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care.
