Duties and Responsibilities: Create recipes for new and innovative Thai menu items and develop weekly specials that showcase the uniqueness of Thai cuisine. Prepare and cook food using authentic Thai culinary techniques and expertise. Collaborate with management and kitchen staff to plan and develop menus, considering seasonal ingredient availability and anticipated customer demand. Inspect the quality of raw ingredients and finished food products to ensure standards are consistently met. Verify the quantity and quality of received products and supplies. Determine food presentation standards and create attractive, decorative food displays. Establish production schedules and staffing requirements to ensure efficient and timely service. Comply with all sanitation, food safety, and health regulations. Maintain high standards of quality control, cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support kitchen operations.
