Ambition, dedication, attention to detail, and a warm smile are all winning characteristics that lead to the spirit of who we are.**Position Summary:**Supervises others while delivering exceptional guest service while meeting guest Slot Ticket Redemption, Chip Redemption, Check Cashing and Player Services.**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:*** Promotes superior guest service.* Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.* Enforces Casino regulatory rules and regulations, Casino internal controls and accounting controls to safeguard the company’s assets.* Ensures compliance with Gaming Regulations and other Federal/State agencies* Assists in monitoring business demands and makes necessary scheduling and staffing adjustments.* Assists the Cage Shift Manager with day-to-day operation of the Cages to include training, counseling, and supervision of employees.* Promotes superior Guest service to both Internal and External Guests.* Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with all departments.* Handles guest service and employee related issues with composure and professionalism* Assumes the responsibilities of the Cage Shift Manager in his/her absence.* Must possess excellent inter-personal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.* Performs other related duties as assigned.**Minimum Qualifications:*** High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).* Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.* Basic computer input skills.* Previous money-handling experience.* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.* Outstanding organizational skills required as well as strong written and verbal skills.* Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.* Must be able lift, push, pull up to 40 lbs.* Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.* Must be capable of interacting with the public in a highly professional and positive manner.* Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.* Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.**Work Shift:**Grave (United States of America)
