Job Summary

We are seeking a Fashion Customer Care Representative for a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity in Wynwood, Miami. This role is ideal for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced fashion and apparel environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-first mindset while supporting customers through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, shipping updates, product questions, and general inquiries.
- Research and resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update information in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and follow up on customer requests.
- Support related administrative and customer service tasks as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18 to $19 per hour.
- Employment type: Temp-to-hire, contract-to-hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Full-time, onsite position with shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
- Location: Wynwood, Miami, FL 33127.
- Overtime may be available or required as needed.
- Beautiful, modern corporate office environment.
- Parking garage access available.
- Candidates must provide their own Windows laptop for the assignment.
