We are currently in search of a Physician Assistant (PA) to become part of our collaborative primary care team in Locust Grove, GA !

• Access to clinical leaders, including APP Directors, to promote knowledge-sharing across a network of colleagues who are transforming primary care.

• Cross-trained care management and population health teams, including pharmacists and social workers, integrated within clinics and virtually to support our primary care providers in delivering holistic care.

• An intuitive, optimized EMR system with full telehealth capabilities, including access to a virtual scribe via Suki, minimizing administrative tasks.

• Flexible scheduling options that prioritize work/life balance for our Advanced Practice Providers.

• Strong clinical leadership support to enhance provider success, featuring dedicated one-on-one time during quarterly meetings with leadership, as well as practice and town hall meetings to foster communication, clarity, and strong relationships among colleagues.

Essential Personal and Professional Skills:

• Graduation and certification from an accredited Physician Assistant program are required.

• Preferred but not mandatory: Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as a Physician Assistant.

• Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients, conducting thorough health histories and physical assessments for individuals and families with acute, chronic, or potential health issues.

• Must hold a current, unrestricted license in the practicing state or be eligible for licensure.

• Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or eligibility for registration is required.

• Must have active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is necessary.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Athena is preferred.
