What You’ll Do Diagnose and service residential and commercial drain issues Operate jetters, drain machines, camera systems, and locators Deliver clean, professional service and communicate clearly with customers Accurately document jobs and collect payment onsite Maintain tools, equipment, and company standards What We’re Looking For 1+ year experience in drain service, plumbing, or related field Comfortable with hydro-jetting, snaking, and camera inspections Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, rooftops, and tight areas Strong communicator who is reliable, honest, and customer-focused Willing to work some evenings/weekends on a rotating schedule Why Join Zoom Drain Phoenix We are a local, family-owned business backed by a strong national brand, which means you get both stability and flexibility.
