Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring efficient inventory control and product availability. Lead, train, and mentor a team of parts associates to deliver exceptional customer service. Manage parts ordering, receiving, and stocking procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop and implement strategies to drive parts sales and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and service departments. Track and analyze parts inventory, minimizing discrepancies and maintaining optimal stock levels. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive parts department, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems. Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
