Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design and architecture of applications developed in .Net technologies. Collaborate with product owners and project managers to define the scope and objectives of projects. Oversee and mentor a team of developers in best practices of software development, code reviews, and testing. Develop and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications using full stack technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and production phases. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in development practices. Skills Required Strong proficiency in .Net framework and .Net Core for application development. In-depth knowledge of back-end development, including database technologies such as SQL Server or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to debug complex software issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring developers. Tools Required Version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps. Database management tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio). Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) for tracking progress and collaboration. Containerization and virtualization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for application deployment.
