About the Role

DutchX seeks an HR Recruiting Assistant to support its growing talent acquisition efforts. This role is well-suited for a professional with foundational recruiting experience who is ready to take on increased responsibility in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

The position is primarily remote , with occasional on-site visits for meetings, collaboration, or client-related needs. This makes it a great fit for someone who values flexibility while remaining connected to the business and local team. Additionally, in this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and recruiting partners to support full cycle recruiting activities for large, high-profile online retail clients. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a professional and timely experience.
• Assist with high-volume recruiting needs while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external client contacts.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in applicant tracking systems.
• Support ad hoc recruiting and HR-related projects as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills and professional judgment
