We are seeking a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing group practice in Monahans, TX. Role Overview: Schedule: 2 days a week Monday to Friday Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis Prescribe and manage medications Ensure timely and accurate documentation Requirements: Hold a valid full PMHNP license Active TX license Active DEA preferred but not required Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required Compensation: Expected compensation (fee for service) range of $51,015 to $71,421 with no cap productivity income potential.
