Job Title: RN Stepdown PCU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience, 2 years of specialty experience License: Active RN License (temporary licenses will not be accepted) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Must-Have: Candidates must have 2+ years of hospital experience. Candidates must have 2+ years of specialty experience. Description: This position is for an RN in a Stepdown PCU setting. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit. The role includes monitoring patients with complex medical needs and collaborating with the healthcare team. Experience with specific documentation systems is preferred. Candidates should be prepared to float as needed within the unit. Personal appearance standards must be met, including appropriate scrub color and grooming policies. Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Body art should be covered whenever possible. Attendance policies must be followed diligently.
