Inside Sales Representative

Ready to put your organization and communication skills to work? We are looking for an Inside Sales Rep / Account Coordinator to support our client's customers, manage orders from quote to delivery, and keep production and logistics running smoothly.

You’ll be the go-to connection between customers, sales, and internal teams — ensuring every order runs efficiently and every client receives top-tier service.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer quotes, orders, and invoices
• Track production schedules and coordinate logistics
• Manage customer inventory and ERP data
• Support quality, accuracy, and timely delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of customer service or order coordination experience in manufacturing or industrial settings

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills

• ERP (AX preferred) and Excel proficiency

• Team-oriented and adaptable
