Hours and days fluctuate according to the needs of the golf course and golf club grounds.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Operate equipment including greens mowers and tee mowers for mowing, rolling and v-cuttingOperate hand edging equipmentOperate utility vehicles for transporting equipment on coursePlant and weed ornamental bedsKeep all areas including shop and equipment cleanFollow all safety rules and proceduresQUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Experience on a golf course is a plus. Required knowledge of procedures, safety rules, tools, methods, and materials used for golf course maintenance and construction. Safe operation and servicing of tractors and mowers.CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Valid State Driver's License.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
