Senior Finance Manager

DLC consultants are highly credentialed, best-in-class senior resources suited to the sophisticated needs of our clients under the office of the CFO. What you will do: Design and implement solutions to streamline processes and create operational efficiencies. Develops financial models; prepare summary analyses and presentation packages. Owns the P&L and cash flow forecast to support business strategic decision-making, forecasting, and target setting. Lead annual budgeting process, collaborating with business unit leads to identify and report key performance indicators to achieve company targets. Preparation of monthly financial reports, summarizing forecast and financial position relative to income, expenses, and earnings. Develop presentations including KPI’s, charts, and trend analysis to provide senior management with an outlook on both near and long-term financial results. Drives profitable and sustainable growth, advising the key business leaders and senior leadership team on risks and opportunities developed through scenario analysis and sensitivity testing. Oversee capital plans and fixed assets. Prepare trend and supply chain analysis Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and processes when applicable Lead finance transformation projects Lead ERP system implementations As a subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and business partners on the monthly actual financial performance of programs and variances against the project plan. Requirements: Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; MBA or in process required 8+ years in FP&A or Corporate finance role, Fortune 1000 experience required Expertise in forecasting and modeling financials Possess strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Able to work with large data sets, using pivots, v-lookups and be able to merge/consolidate data Be a self-starter with the ability to perform work requiring critical thinking and high attention to detail.
