Registered Behavior Technician

Position SummaryThe Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct, one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs play a vital role in implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting accurate data, and documenting clinical services to support meaningful progress for clients.This role is ideal for compassionate, dependable individuals who are committed to clinical excellence, consistency, and ethical service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical ImplementationImplement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs as designed by the supervising BCBADeliver one-on-one ABA therapy in accordance with clinical and ethical standardsFollow all treatment protocols with fidelity to ensure consistency and effectivenessActively participate in ongoing supervision, training, and competency evaluationsData Collection & DocumentationCollect accurate and timely data on client behavior and skill acquisitionComplete clinical session notes and documentation in accordance with clinic policies and payer requirementsEnsure documentation is completed accurately and within required timelinesProfessional Conduct & CollaborationMaintain professional, ethical behavior in all interactions with clients, families, and team membersCommunicate effectively with supervisors regarding client progress, concerns, and session outcomesAdhere to clinic policies, attendance expectations, and scheduling requirementsPerformance & Success MetricsSuccess in this role will be measured by:Competency and treatment integrity during clinical implementationAccuracy, completeness, and timeliness of clinical documentationConsistent and reliable attendanceRequired QualificationsCurrent Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standingNon-RBTs with existing ABA experience must have completed the 40 hour RBT training within the last 30 calendar days and provide a certificate of completionArizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain prior to start date)Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)Ability to implement treatment plans with accuracy and consistencyStrong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocolsReliable transportation and ability to adhere to assigned schedulesStrong communication skills and professional conductPreferred QualificationsExperience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesExperience in a clinic-based ABA therapy settingFamiliarity with ABA data collection and clinical documentation systemsKey CompetenciesHigh treatment fidelity and attention to detailDependable and punctualEthical and professionalStrong observational and data collection skillsWillingness to learn and accept feedbackWork Schedule & AvailabilityMonday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30PMFlexible.
