Survey Project Manager - Land Development

We are seeking a highly motivated Survey Project Manager specializing in Land Development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of land surveying projects, from initial planning to final execution. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in land surveying, including proficiency in using the latest surveying equipment and software. You will be expected to prepare and review survey plans, conduct field surveys, and analyze data to produce accurate reports. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential, as you will be leading a team of survey technicians and collaborating closely with engineers and architects. A degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications and a minimum of 5 years of experience in land development projects, is required.
