Outpatient Physical Therapist

Overview Temporary Department: OFIL Physical Therapy Shift: Full-Time, Days, 1.0 FTE Facility: Olympia Fields Hospital Location: 20201 South Crawford Ave, Olympia Fields, IL 60461 Compensation Rate: $60.00/hr. Responsibilities Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy. Current state Physical Therapy license. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $$60.00.
