This is a part-time per diem role. The typical schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday (20-24 hours/week)

Requirements:

• State licensure required if licensure is available in the state where the facility is located

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required

• Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed

• After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required

• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days

The Wage Range for the role is $36.00 - $57.00/hour. Dietitian Experienced - Non Exempt: $41.75 - $54.75/hour.If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour
