Team Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) specializes in financial and accounting buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence, capital markets advisory, and transaction analytics for private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family office, and corporate clients worldwide. Locations NewYork, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Nashville, LosAngeles, SanFrancisco Responsibilities Assist with core financial due diligence, identifying key risks, potential deal breakers, and assessing strengths and weaknesses against industry benchmarks. Analyze detailed financial statement information (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and key operational data), synthesize and convert the data into meaningful information to drive discussions with target management. Assess the quality of the target company’s reported earnings, net assets, and cash flows. Assist in constructing deal‑oriented reports and presentations that highlight key financial, commercial findings and drivers; support integration of findings into valuation, purchase agreement negotiations, and other negotiation points. Participate in meetings and conference calls with target company management and client personnel; serve as a secondary point of contact for day‑to‑day execution matters. Be actively involved in building and maintaining client relationships and pursuing business‑development opportunities. Qualifications Minimum 2‑3 years of audit experience at a top accounting firm; preferred 1+ year in financial accounting due diligence. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related major. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or in the process of obtaining one. Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting. High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong project management skills. Flexibility to work as both a team member and an individual contributor. Ability to thrive and be effective in fast‑paced settings. Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $100,000 annually, commensurate with education, experience, skills, and geography. A discretionary bonus program is available based on performance.
