Quality Inspector

Job Description Position: Quality Inspector Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Thursday, 5:30 AM – 3:45 PM Location: Pewaukee, WI Responsibilities Conduct visual inspections and perform specialized tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products Use inspection techniques such as dye penetrants, binders, catalysts, washes, and pressure soap tests to verify product quality Perform final inspections of castings before shipment to ensure they meet standards Document inspection results and maintain detailed logs and reports Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for product compliance Evaluate castings within the welding rack and conduct evaluations as needed Communicate inspection findings clearly to supervisors and teams Contribute to continuous process improvements in inspection methods Qualifications Strong attention to detail and thorough approach to quality assurance Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to assess visually and perform technical inspections accurately Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents Experience with casting inspection and welding evaluations is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills Math and measurement proficiency Attention to detail in inspection tasks Visual assessment skills Knowledge of inspection techniques including dye penetrants and pressure tests Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Why choose Integrity Trade Services At Integrity Trade Services, we value our employees by offering a competitive weekly paycheck and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
