What You'll Do

As the Director of Nursing (RN), you will provide strategic leadership for all nursing services while ensuring the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the nursing department
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop nursing leadership and staff
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and company standards
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness
• Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to achieve operational and clinical goals
• Monitor staffing effectiveness, labor utilization, and departmental performance
• Champion infection prevention, resident safety, and risk management programs
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and resident-centered culture throughout the nursing department

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland
• Director of Nursing (RN) experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting required
• Extensive knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing clinical teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident care and clinical excellence
