Speech Pathologist-Pt/Prn

Speech Therapist (ST) Job Summary Diagnoses and treats patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Develops therapy plans to maximize communication and swallowing safety. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations of speech, language and swallowing. Develop and implement therapy plans. Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. Educate patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred. Current state license to practice as a Speech Therapist. At least one year of clinical experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Expertise in communication and swallowing disorders. Strong documentation skills. Ability to educate patients and families. Physical & Environmental Requirements Assist patients during therapy activities. Frequent sitting, standing and light lifting. Work in a healthcare and long‑term care facility environment.
