Driver

Progressive Mechanical is looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Driver to support our Bay City operations. This role involves transporting tools, materials, and equipment using a variety of company vehicles including stake trucks, semi-trucks, and trailers. Responsibilities: Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver and pick up materials and equipment between job sites, vendors, and our fabrication shop Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with safety standards Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues Keep accurate delivery logs and follow routing instructions Communicate with field and shop teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Assist in the yard or shop when needed Requirements: Valid CDL, Class A Experience with stake trucks, trailers, or semis preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to safety Benefits Include: Paid vacation, sick, and personal time Health insurance Dental and vision insurance Life insurance Short-term disability 401(k) with Safe Harbor and Profit Sharing contributions Join a growing team at our Bay City location where your reliability and work ethic help keep our projects moving forward.
