Position: Server AssistantLocation: Panama City Beach, FLPay: Hourly | Paid bi-weekly on FridaysPositions Available: Part-TimeJoin the Front Lines of the Dinner Show Battle!Ahoy Matey! Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show is looking for energetic and reliable Server Assistants to help keep the dinner service running smoothly during our high-energy live show experience.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy teamwork, and like being right in the middle of the action behind the scenes, this is your chance to join the crew that helps make the magic happen!What You'll DoPrep the Battlefield (Dinner Service!)Assist servers with setting up for dinner serviceHelp ensure sections are fully prepared before guests arriveBe the Link in the ChainCommunicate between kitchen staff and arena serversEnsure correct food quantities are prepared and delivered to the right sectionsKeep Food Safety ShipshapeFollow sanitation procedures to prevent cross- contaminationMonitor food handling and ensure proper food safety standardsSupport Quality & TimingHelp ensure food equipment is operating at proper temperaturesAssist in keeping service running smoothly and on scheduleWatch for Guest Safety NeedsUnderstand food allergies and available menu optionsStay vigilant when assisting guests with dietary restrictionsClean & ResetAssist in clearing tables and removing dishware after serviceTransport dishes to the appropriate kitchen areasCross-Training OpportunitiesMay assist in beverage attendant duties and serving support as neededWhat You Bring to the CrewStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail, especially with food safety and allergiesWillingness to jump in wherever neededRequirementsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust obtain a valid Florida Alcohol Server CertificateHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experiencePhysical RequirementsContinuous walking (including stairs)Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancingFrequent lifting and carrying trays with food, beverages, and dishesFrequent pushing and pulling of racks (full or empty)Ready to Join the Action Behind the Show?If you're dependable, fast-moving, and ready to help power an unforgettable dinner show experience, we want you on our crew.Apply today and become a key part of the Pirates Voyage Server Assistant team!
