Company Info
We are partnering with a growing logistics operation seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to support daily transportation operations. This role is highly customer-facing and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth communication between drivers and customers.

Job Summary

• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers during deliveries
• Communicate with drivers and customers via phone, email, and internal systems
• Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules, delays, and route updates
• Handle real-time issues such as breakdowns, delays, and delivery changes
• Manage multiple systems and applications to track shipments and updates
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Document and communicate updates clearly to internal teams and customers
• Support overall dispatch operations and ensure timely deliveries

Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay
$22.00–$23.00/hour

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Reliable and dependable with strong work history/tenure
• Comfortable working between phones, email, and multiple systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Preferred:

• Previous dispatch experience
• Call center or high-volume customer service experience
• Experience with dispatch software and electronic logs (E-logs)
• Transportation or logistics background
