Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals

• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Maintaining resident comfort, cleanliness, and safety

• Providing emotional support and compassionate care to residents

• Assisting with restorative and rehabilitative care as directed

• Accurately documenting resident care and observations

• Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights

• Collaborating with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to support quality resident care

• Promoting resident dignity, privacy, and respect at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Current CNA certification

• CPR certification preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to resident care

• Commitment to resident safety, dignity, and quality care

• Ability to meet standard health and background requirements
