Media Transactions Counsel - Content Licensing

Counselwell Inc.

The National Football League (NFL) is seeking a transactional attorney to support a broad range of media-related transactions and advisory work within its in-house team. The role focuses on licensing strategy, distribution models, and digital media initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating content licenses, distribution and production agreements with traditional and digital platforms, and providing day-to-day legal guidance to support media projects and direct-to-consumer
