Service Writer / Service Advisor – Motorcycles & ATV

Cyclewise is Vermont’s premier dealership for Indian Motorcycle, Ducati, Triumph, Suzuki, and CFMOTO. We are passionate riders serving passionate riders, and our reputation is built on exceptional customer experiences and long-term relationships.
We’re looking for a Service Writer who can be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians. You’ll help riders understand their service needs, keep repair orders moving efficiently, and ensure every customer feels informed and valued throughout the process.
Whether you have powersports experience or come from automotive, marine, RV, or equipment service, we’d like to hear from you. What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and accurately document service concerns and repair requests
- Create repair orders, estimates, and service recommendations
- Communicate with technicians to prioritize and schedule repairs
- Keep customers informed through phone, text, and email updates
- Present maintenance recommendations and additional service opportunities
- Coordinate approvals and ensure timely completion of work
- Process payments and maintain accurate service records
- Help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service department growth
- Previous dealership, service advisor, or service writer experience
- Powersports experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic mechanical understanding and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Comfortable using computers, texting, and communication tools
- Work with some of the most exciting brands in motorcycling
