Remote Tier 2 Customer Success Manager Central U.S.

Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager for the Central U.S. region to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers and ensure maximum value from our AI-driven platform. You will build trusted relationships, conduct strategic reviews, and advocate for customer needs across the company.

The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, product, and support teams to drive retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction. Travel for in-person meetings will be required periodically.
