Center Manager Location: In-Person | Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) Compensation: Achieve $53,000–$70,000 per year with a strong base rate and monthly bonuses for hitting team goals Are you passionate about the beauty and wellness industry? What We Offer Base Pay: $23–$25 per hour based on experience Equivalent to $47,000–$52,000 annually Bonus Potential: Up to $18,000 annually in monthly performance bonuses Earn $500, $1,000, or $1,500 per month depending on results Total Annual Compensation:

• 53,000–$60,000 annually for candidates with 1–3 years of management experience
• 63,000–$70,000 annually for experienced leaders (3–5+ years) who consistently hit performance goals
