Ventana Apartments 14015 North 94th Street Scottsdale, AZ 85260 Schedule: Part-Time 3 full days a week| Weekend availability required Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday, Friday, Saturday Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour, plus bonuses.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping prospective residents find a place to call home. Previous apartment leasing experience is a plus, but it is not required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another people-focused role can provide an excellent foundation for success. What You'll Do As a Part-Time Leasing Professional, you'll help create a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the day-to-day leasing activities of the community. Responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, current residents, visitors, and callers
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and community amenities
• Build relationships with prospective residents and follow up on leasing leads
• Assist prospects throughout the leasing and application process
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident information
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
• Assist with leasing paperwork and administrative responsibilities
• Support the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
