Learn more at foth.com/careers. Foth is seeking a Project Manager to lead environmental projects supporting mining and natural resource development clients. Based out of Green Bay, Minneapolis, Duluth, Milwaukee, or Madison, this role will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee permitting and project delivery, and support client development efforts. This hybrid position requires up to 20% travel.Primary Responsibilities: Lead environmental projects for private-sector clients in mining and natural resource development projectsManage project planning, execution, and delivery with focus on budget, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments Lead federal, state, and local permitting effortsBuild and guide high-performing project teams and monitor project performance while mentoring and coaching team membersNegotiate scope change orders with clients and subcontractorsSupport client leaders with proposal development and cultivating long-term client relationshipsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or applicable technical discipline5 years of project management experience working with complex multidisciplinary environmental projectsPreferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience working in the consulting engineering industry5 years of experience managing mining related projects, which may include: mine planning, mine optimization, milling, tailings management, reclamation, preparation of scoping and trade-off studies, feasibility studies, permitting, and natural resource assessmentsProfessional registration or certification in project managementPrevious experience developing project business opportunitiesPrior experience with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) process and documentationPrevious experience with mine permitting, mine operations, environmental assessments, water resources, or large site development projects$90,000 - $160,000 a yearThe base compensation range for this position is included in this job posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, scope and level of responsibility, and applicable licenses or certifications. In addition to base compensation, eligible members may participate in Foth’s Earned Performance Incentive program and may receive other discretionary bonuses, including On‑the‑Spot recognition awards.
