Experience with ServiceNow Virtual, Predictive Intelligence, and AI Workflows API integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA, Application Developer (CAD) preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, fast-paced environment.
