Die Maintenance Supervisor

Hands-on supervisor of multi-skilled die maintenance area, including all aspects of die condition, corrective action, preventive maintenance, machine shop, and associated personnel.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manpower scheduling and planning.
• Implement die problem root cause and corrective action investigation procedures.
• Development, implementation, and management of preventive Maintenance programs for all dies.
• Development and management of all Die Maintenance policies, practices, and procedures.
• Development, implementation, and management of Die Maintenance Associate Skill-Up programs.
• Development and management of the DT priority schedule.
• Overall responsibility for Die Maintenance and Machine Shop safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

• 2 Year or 4-year technical degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years of machine shop and maintenance experience.
• 2-4 years of management experience.
• ISO/TS 16949 preferred.
