This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.Pay: $52.00 - $57.93/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.DescriptionThe Project Manager, Global Business Services partners with the PMO Director and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects that support key business initiatives. This role combines end-to-end project management with change enablement and program coordination support, operating within a matrixed environment across business, technology, and shared services teams. The Project Manager is accountable for driving execution, stakeholder alignment, and adoption outcomes while also contributing to PMO-level visibility, governance, and continuous improvement.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & ExecutionOwn end-to-end delivery of assigned projects from initiation through close, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and quality expectationsDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolutionPartner with business and technology stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable delivery plansProactively identify risks and tradeoffs, escalating with insights and recommendations as appropriateEnsure adherence to PMO governance standards, tools, and reporting expectationsDrive stakeholder engagement and alignment throughout the project lifecycleSupport organizational readiness and adoption by identifying change impacts, risks, and communication needsCommunicate project status, insights, and outcomes clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadershipProgram & PMO Coordination SupportProvide coordination support across related initiatives, including dependency tracking and milestone alignmentContribute to portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and executive summariesSupport PMO governance forums, planning activities, and operational cadenceCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementOperate effectively within a matrixed environment, influencing outcomes without direct authorityFoster strong working relationships across Global Business Services, Technology, Finance, Procurement, and external partners as neededContribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and delivery excellenceEducation RequirementBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.Experience Requirement: 5+ years of applicable experienceSkills and Experience:RequiredStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadersProven ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize work, and drive outcomesDemonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and platformsAbility to leverage AI capabilities to improve efficiency, insights, and user experience.PreferredDemonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiativesExperience supporting business transformation, operational change, or shared services initiativesExperience contributing to portfolio or program-level coordination or reportingFamiliarity with formal project management methodologies and industry standard PMO governance practicesPMP certification a plusWorking EnvironmentGeneral Office (includes Remote work) – Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment.Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.Primary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
